Overview

FC Password is a RAD utility for FirstClass Administrator's which looks up a users password and Unified Communication information by entering their User ID.

Requirements

FirstClass Internet Server 6.0 or greater
RAD 2.0 installed

Installation

1. Download FCPassword installer
2. Shut down FCIS
3. Launch the FCPassword.exe installer
4. When prompted, insure that the path to your post office is correct.
5. Start FCIS

How to Look up a users password information:



1. Open FC Password on the Admin's desktop.
2. Enter the User ID for which you wish to find the associated password.
3. Click on 'Get' to retrieve the password information.

Notes

If you enter an incorrect User ID the Application will error in the password field.
You cannot lookup the password for the Administrator's account.
