Overview

Addresselect™ is a RAD utility for email server users which allows selection of one of the user's pre-configured mail addresses for outbound internet mail without Administrator intervention.

Requirements:

Internet Server
RAD 2.0 installed
Installation:
1. Download Addresselect.exe
2. Shut down email server
3. Launch the Addresselect.exe installer
4. Extract to your ESPO drive into /ESPO/ESRAD/.
5. Start Email Server
6. Place the addresselect.fc file in an auto-open conference and make the item also auto-open to force the updated mail form into the user's settings file
7. For each user that is to be given access, add them to the Addresselect group. You can use Batch Admin:
PGADD 'userid' 'addresselect'

What users see when using Addresselect™:

Users choose from the Outgoing Email Address popup which address they would like to have as the return address on outgoing internet email.

Users can open Addresselect™ from an Addresses button in the envelope of any message:

If a user is part of the "AddresselectAuto" privilege group then Addresselect™ will appear automatically when they log in. This may be changed and set by the user via the Preferences option.
