The Address Book

Users of the system can lookup any information on the list and also update their own information when necessary.

Features of the Address Book

1. You can sort the columns by selecting the column header. The column header will highlight to indicate what the column is being sorted by.
2. With one click you can move a Company Contact to your personal Address Book thereby allowing you to then sync the contact with your mobile device.
2. Navigate through the rows by moving a screen at a time or 100 records with the click of a button.
3. Records being displayed are numbered and shown on the screen
4. Address fields are similar to the address entry Form in your Address Book.
5. Storage of a picture along with the address entry is possible with a simple drag and drop.

If the user wants to Update their information they simply select the My Info button and they get the following screen to update.



Administration of the Address Book

There is also an Administrative screen where the administrator of the address book may update, Delete, or Insert new contacts.
